• TCG ONE is a fan made project. It is in no way affiliated with Nintendo or TPCi. Card images in the program are copyrighted by their respective owners, however TCG ONE gets no profit for promoting this information so it should fall under Fair Use standards.
• The service uses browser cookies to track user and session data. Users must enable this feature in their browsers.
• TCG ONE is a best-effort service and TCG ONE will not take any liabilities in case of server failure, software bugs, data loss, account theft, account ban, network failures or hardware damage.
• TCG ONE tracks users' activities, chat logs, game logs, bug reports and transactions to improve its quality. However it does not track IP addresses or any other personal information.
• TCG ONE may not be suitable for children.
• Users are solely responsible for the information, including nickname, email address and password that they share with TCG ONE and their actions and attitudes towards other people. Inappropriate users could be banned without notice.
• Users can request their accounts to be deleted or temporarily closed.
